The Molteni HMDV Series are a family of specialty mixing systems that were designed for the mixing and dispersion of atmospheric moisture-sensitive adhesives, sealants, and other polymeric products. The HMDV Series consists of two major configurations:

The Molteni HMDV is a single shaft mixer with a special raising and lowering mixing tool.

The Molteni HMDV-PM “Pressmixer” combines the standard HMDV configuration with a bottom-entering hydraulic ram which enables the discharge of the finished product under pressure.

Both HMDV configurations are designed to minimize or eliminate the exposure of the ingredients and finished products to atmospheric moisture that could initiate the curing of the products.
