CMX Vertical Blenders and Dryers provide a gentle but thorough mixing action that turns the batch over efficiently without creating dusty conditions inside of the blender. CMX Vertical Blenders and Dryers are available in two configurations:

Cone Screw Vertical Blenders/Dryers

Conical Vertical Ribbon Blenders/Dryers

Vertical Blenders and Dryers have no shaft seals immersed in the product minimizing cross-contamination, or seal wear issues typical of horizontal dryers.

The useable batch range is typically 10 – 100% of the full working volume, making this type of blender extremely flexible in batch sizes. Because of the steep walls, discharge is very close to 100%, with no “heel” remaining.
